The aim of this 6-day course is to enable participants to test some key theories of leadership in the workplace. It is aimed at GPs and Pharmacists with more than 3 years’ post registration experience. This course is based on reflection and exploration of yourself as a leader. The teaching style is discussion orientated with participants being expected to come equipped with experiences to share with the group.
